I went to the fair today.

Mama and Daddy (that's what I call him now) took me. They took me last year too, but this year, it was a little more exciting.

We got to see some animals like... Moo's and Baa's and Peep-Peep's. I don't really know how to say their names, but I can say all their sounds. I even got to pet them. It was really fun. Until Daddy wanted to take me out because I was playing with all of the sawdust too much. (and I almost squeezed a little chick's head) But then I got to wash my hands, and that is one of my favorite things to do lately.

Mama and Daddy even took me on some rides. I got to go on my favorite, the carrousel, with Daddy. I was a little scared at first, which isn't really like me. I think I was a little nervous with all the "carnies" running the rides. You know, those fair rides can be a little unpredictable and I AM my father's daughter.

Mama took me on a flying bee. That was fun. I just kept saying weeeeeee! And I could see Daddy on the ground. I liked it.

I ran into some of my cousins at the fair. This is my cousin Tiger. He is really funny and he likes to kiss people..... ALOT.

I also ran into Titi Leslie and Uncle Amar and my cousins Brandon and Collin. Who knew I would see so much family at the fair. Mommy said that with all the family that we have, chances are we will run into someone WHEREVER we go.

I had my first fair food too. Corn on the cob! MMMMM! I really liked it.

The Fair was really fun but BOY were my feet tired. It's a good thing that you can get a massage for only 25 cents! Thanks Mama and Daddy for taking me to such a great place!

Ca-Ca

Yes, Ca-Ca. You heard me, I said  - and I say it ALL the time.

Whenever I find a little something on the ground or a piece of fuzz off my toy - whatever is little and just doesn't seem right.

Mommy thinks it's funny that I usually say it as whatever it is is making it's way into my mouth. I guess I just like to acknowledge that I am aware I shouldn't put it in my mouth - but I HAVE to know what it is... right?

I guess it's a Portuguese thing to say it, but my white Daddy is the one that taught it to me. ;o)

So now you know what to call all those little things you find on the ground - fuzz, papers, whatever, CA-CA!

Glad I could help.

Until next time,
