Fa-la-la-la-la...

I already LOVE Christmas! I think it's really funny when mommy says that Santa goes "HO-HO-HO!" and I love the lights that are making everything look so pretty. Our house looks so different and full of fun new things for me to touch and look at.

Last night Mom and Dad took me to see some houses with the most lights EVER!

We went with my cousins Diego and Sophia.

I loved the lights and I can't wait to go back. I wish it was Christmas all the time.

Weeee!

I had a great day today! Mommy and Daddy took me to this place called Balboa Park. I loved walking all around there. I was showing everyone my newest thing... I know how to wave now! I really love people and I LOVE making them smile. Even when they aren't looking at me, I'll yell so I can get there attention - then I smile at them. It always makes them smile back.

They had this really huge fountain there and I loved it. I saw kids sticking their feet in it and I really wanted to do that too. But Mommy said that I was too little. I can't wait to get big enough to stick my feet in.

I met a friend there too. Her name was Faith. She helped me smile for the camera and she let me wear her helmet. She was nice.

Then Mom and Dad took me to ride the Carousel. It had these little horses for kids like me.

But they didn't go up and down, so I wanted to ride on the BIG one. That was my favorite. It goes around and around and up and down. Weeeee! It's so much fun!

It was a great family day. I had so much fun. I wish Daddy never had to work so we could have fun together every day.

May the Force be With You

Trick or Treat! I experienced my First Halloween! Mommy and Daddy dressed me all up in this costume. It was pretty cozy.

My Daddy always calls me his little princess, but tonight he kept calling me Princess Leia. Which is weird because my name is Julia. Well, whatever...

I LOVED eating my belt and I HATED the thing they put on my head. I kept trying to take it off. But Mommy was tricky... she tied it so as much as I tried, I couldn't do it.

I think the whole thing was a little more fun for Mommy and Daddy than for me. I mean, I didn't really get it. You go to someone's door and say "Trick or Treat" and then they give you this stuff that Mom and Dad kept eating. They wouldn't even let me have ANY. I didn't think that was very fair. They didn't even dress up. I did all the work and they got all the treats.

I did get to go to a little carnival though. There were rides and ponies and games and stuff.

My friends Jackson and Taylor were there with their Mommy and Daddy. I did like seeing them. They were all dressed up like Chargers. Jackson was a football player and Taylor was a cheerleader. Even their Mommy and Daddy dressed up. Not mine...

And my cousin Lia came over to show me her cute costume. She was a lady buy and I really wanted to have her wings.

Mommy said that next year I'll be bigger and have WAY more fun. I wonder what they'll make me wear?
